By combining targeted training, digital platforms, and consistent on-ground support, we equip our electricians, retailers, and distributors for long-term success. Simultaneously, we cultivate strategic ties with consultants and engineers through specialised regional events and safety workshops. To recognise our top performers, we also leverage industry-leading loyalty programmes, all seamlessly connected by digital tools that guarantee continuous support across the value chain.
Pro+ App
To accelerate lead and demand generation through our Influencer Management Team, we launched the Pro+ app. This platform fully digitises our field execution, optimising our distributor, retailer, and electrician ecosystems. Additionally, it facilitates deeper engagement, rapid onboarding, and significantly improved last-mile conversion rates. By interacting directly with electricians through this tool, we ensure the consistent placement of Polycab products across both new construction and renovation projects.

Ensuring an ethical supply chain is a core pillar of our operational strategy. We meticulously monitor the percentage of inputs procured from sustainable sources and are on track to evaluate 100% of our strategic suppliers on ESG performance by 2030. All partners are held accountable to our stringent Supplier Code of Conduct, which enforces zero-tolerance compliance regarding human and labour rights, environmental sustainability, health and safety, and anti-corruption. These robust controls guarantee that our supply network remains both responsible and future-ready.

The Company identified its strategic suppliers and developed a detailed Supplier ESG Assessment Questionnaire comprising 20+ focus areas and 90+ assessment questions. The framework evaluates suppliers across four key dimensions: General (company profile and operational information); Environment (policies, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), energy, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions, water, waste, pollution, land use, and biodiversity); Social (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), human rights, Health and Safety (H&S), employee wellbeing and development, sustainable procurement, and community development); and Governance (anti-corruption, ESG oversight, disclosures, policies, board composition, risk management, data privacy, and grievance redressal). This milestone directly supports the Company's target of achieving 100% ESG assessment of strategic suppliers.
Polycab Utkarsh: Skill Development
We drive the Polycab Utkarsh programme to uplift India’s electrician community through structured training. From three states last year, we have scaled this initiative to eight states and 20 cities this year. Under this programme, we have conducted dedicated training for female electricians alongside special batches for the differently abled to promote inclusivity. The programme integrates strong technical capabilities with standardised troubleshooting and life skills, enabling safer and more reliable services.
Polycab Utkarsh is aimed at strengthening livelihoods and enhancing the overall quality of life for electricians and their families. This year, we have trained over 16,000 electricians, with participants receiving Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) certification through NCVET-approved universities and CSDC-aligned curricula.

Electrician Loyalty Programme
We nurture lasting bonds with electricians through our pioneering loyalty programme centred on business growth, recognition and livelihood security. Through product scans and on-ground offers, electricians earn points to access highquality professional tools. This year, we have honoured over 2,000 top electricians and their families through high-touch engagements to facilitate direct interaction with our leadership.
Also, we provide medical insurance covering over 8,000 electricians and their spouses. This industry-first initiative delivers a crucial safety net to the electrician community in times of need.

Experts Loyalty Programme
Our Polycab Experts platform is one of India’s largest engagement ecosystems for retailers and electricians. We connected with over 250,000 partners through this digital interface to support their professional needs in FY 2025-26. Furthermore, we upgraded our reward structures and integrated business-enabling tools to streamline operations for our partners. To accelerate our network growth, we launched a strategic referral mechanism that unlocks new partner incentives. Together, these upgrades create a unified platform that guarantees seamless communication and consistent support across our entire influencer ecosystem.

We continue to expand our reach across India through our extensive distribution network. Leveraging our strong electrical ecosystem and channel partnerships, we strengthen our position in both consumer and professional segments. This year, we have also strengthened our manpower in several grey and white spaces across India to deepen our presence across key markets. This strategic expansion has unlocked new sales opportunities and improved product placement across geographies.
We are optimising our entire channel ecosystem, spanning distributors, retailers, and electricians, through advanced digital platforms and AI pilots. By deploying Salesforce Agentforce, we initiated CRM and AI projects to elevate the partner experience, accelerate market execution and drive revenue generation. Our centralised data lake powers advanced analytics and intelligent automation, giving our influencer management team the actionable insights to foster deeper engagement with electricians. Additionally, we use Salesforce visit data to automate sales beats through geospatial analytics and route optimisation.
Beyond digital tools, we invest in the professional development of our partners through structured training programmes. By combining advanced technical troubleshooting with rigorous safety protocols, we ensure our partners consistently deliver superior, reliable service to the end consumer.
