Havells wire and switch best price and product original

Very bad post-purchase service. The owner has zero accountability, speaks very rudely and just tells you that the product which was already damaged on arrival can be used without any problems. If I have paid money, why would I want to use a damaged product? Kindly note that money however small, is still hard earned and it is sad that some vendors have zero value of it.

Bought a crompton fan on Sunday in good faith. Their electrician came to instal. Firstly they installed in this way that a part of it came out, they were calling it washer, and said nothing will happen 'madam'. When I insisted for it to be corrected, and that I have paid what was asked for the fan and installation, they sent the mechanic to fix it and he just did but the seller completely avoided on the ring side being bent , and said it doesn't matter. Sir, I have a question if you buy something with the price asked, will you be okay to get a damaged product? Will you instal this fan in your house? When the customer is speaking to you in the most polite fashion, as a businessman your response can't be rude or cold. I found your contact from Google and saw your rating and contacted you. That day when I asked for a bill you sent a picture written with only price and charge for installation and had no name of the shop or a legit bill. I wonder if you do this with all customers or just the ones who are not from Bangalore.
