With more than 2 decades of experience in tele-communication business and across various spheres of marketing, Mr. Jain has overseen marketing strategies from start to finish for varied organizations and extracted insights to augment their efficacy. He has been involved in diverse marketing initiatives at his previous organizations to devise scalable and measurable processes that increased their ROIs significantly.
Mr. Jain holds the degree of MBA in Sales & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.
Vikas Chibber is the General Manager, Marketing, at Polycab’s Telecom Business vertical. With a deeply embedded passion for change, collaboration and technology, he is actively involved as a team-member in various activities like Strategy & Policy Formulation, Key Account Management, Budgeting & Pricing, Project Commissioning, Material Procurement and Tender Business from Govt./PSUs/private clients.
A quintessential marketing futurist, Mr. Chibber grabs the trends of tomorrow to use them today for his team’s goals and objectives. In a long career-span of more than 20 years, he has worked for marketing of wires and cables for telecom, defence and Nuclear Power sectors, building, mentoring and leading successful marketing-centric teams with his deep strategic thinking and detail-oriented vision.
Prior to his stint at Polycab’s Telecom, he had worked at Servel Group & Shilpi Cables, achieving key business-goals and revenue-growth for the two organizations.
Academically, Mr. Chibber holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering.
Hetal Shah is the Senior Consultant at Polycab’s telecom vertical. In this role, he has been entrusted to tailor and implement the company’s strategies for a global set of partners and clients, by investing in the solutions that address their digital network needs. Tasked with timing the go-to-market strategies for the company, he outlines and builds key responsibilities for planning and successful project executions. In his nearly 25 years long diversified career, Mr. Shah has led many business turn-arounds. Working for Sterlite Technologies Ltd., Tata Teleservices Ltd., You Telecom India P Ltd., Icenet.net and various other organizations, he has been instrumental in taking their businesses to greater heights.
An expert in project management, product mapping and out-of-the-box solution design, he is credited with leading the execution of India’s first of its kind Wi-Fi City in Gandhinagar and IT-transformations during his stint with GTPL.
He holds a combined degree in Computer Technology from B&B Polytechnic, TEB, Gujarat University and an MBA from the National Institute of Management.
Srikant V Telharkar is the Head of Product Management at Polycab’s telecom vertical. Mr. Telharkar leads the development and management of the product roadmap, based on the integrated strategies and vision of Polycab’s telecom offerings. His role is to outline the business value of a product to the product team, so that they understand the aim and purpose of a new product or product release.
Mr. Telharkar works as a pivot within the company for its telecom products vis-à-vis emerging trends of the market. With a broad range of expertise on product management, product development, category management, global product launches, key account management, technical sales support and business development, Mr. Telharkar has a rich experience of working for different prominent organisations like Digisol Systems, Schneider Electric India, Smartlink Network Systems and others for more than 27 years.
He holds a combined degree of PG Diploma in Production Management from Delhi University and Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer from Karnataka Board of Technical Education.
Prasanna Ramesh Kodolikar is the Head of Training and Certification at Polycab’s telecom division. He works with different system integrators, channel partners and stakeholders to ensure that the training developed by the organisation meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the telecom business vertical of Polycab. He handles optimisation of training processes for efficiency and manages the technical personnel, required to develop, manage and deliver training.
Mr. Kodolikar prepares strategies for training and certification to create a large pool of trained professionals, who craft differentiation in the market for Polycab’s telecom vertical. He possesses more than 27 years of experience in training, consultancy and ICT Infrastructure, with impressive stints at Honeywell SCS, Digisol Systems, D-link, Cache Technologies and many others in various capacities.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical and Post-graduate Diploma in Management from IIMM, Pune. He is a BICSI India Steering Committee Member and is presently pursuing BICSI RCDD, the highest passive industry certification at the global level.
Rahul Garg, Vice President – Marketing (Telecom) of Polycab’s team, plays the vital and critical role of developing effective sales plans and strategies to promote the company’s products and services. Spearheading everything related to sales, he is supremely efficient in organising and maintaining sales operations and collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional team members to set leading examples and lagging indicators for sales performance. He is also engaged in business activities, including tender business, from the government and PSU-clientele.
With strong negotiation skills, problem solving abilities and a keen eye in assessing client needs, Mr. Garg is an exceptional communicator in providing marketing consultancies. Prior to his stint at Polycab’s Telecom, he had been working as the Senior GM, Business Development, at Supernet Infocomm Pvt. Ltd. and Teracom Limited, with an array of other work experiences with Govt. and PSU-customers. In a long career span of 16 years, there have been several instances of his ability to coordinate successfully between different stakeholders of varied projects.
He holds a degree of B. Tech (Electrical & Electronics) from the UP technical University.
Lallit Tripathi is Vice President – Digital-Infra Solutions of Polycab’s telecom team. He is responsible to achieve growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales plans that promote the company’s digital-infra leadership, increase brand recognition and extend its competitive advantage in the targeted segments. All the channel partners associated with Polycab’s telecom vertical work under his stewardship.
Transformational sales initiatives and market value enhancements are his forte. In a variety of senior marketing roles for the last 20 years, Mr. Tripathi has extensive experience in sales management, strategic management, business development, key account management and channel management, working for different prominent companies like Ruckus Wireless, Compuage Infocom Ltd. and Mediaman Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
He holds a combined degree in B. Com (Hons.) from BHU, Varanasi and an MBA from the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, Varanasi.
Ashish D. Jain is the Executive President & Chief Operating Officer of Polycab’s telecom business vertical.
Serving Polycab for more than 6 years now, Mr. Jain has been the founding member of Polycab’s foray into Optical Fiber Cable & Telecom domain. He has played a pivotal role in creating the manufacturing set-up of telecom products as a Greenfield project at Polycab. His brilliant vision has helped Polycab in the successful delivery of EPC projects in a time-bound and efficient manner.
At the helm of the affairs of Polycab’s telecom vertical, Mr. Jain sets forth the strategic direction of the vertical, promotes its mission and ensures its operational success. He defines challenging goals and responds to the rising need and trend of a connected ecosystem.
He charts out plans that incorporate all employees, customers and organisational needs to make Polycab, the most preferred Indian company in the field of integrated digital-infra solutions, wherein consumption of Polycab’s products and services would hinge on hyper-connectivity.
Prior to joining Polycab, he has worked with Teracom Ltd. as the COO and with Vuppalamritha Magnetic Components Ltd. as the Vice President. He has a rich experience of more than 27 years in tele-communication field.
Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from University of Poona.
