As part of our commitment to ensuring data privacy and compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy Policies (DPDP), we are seeking your consent for the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data. 1. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect your personal data to facilitate your association with the Company as a consumer and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company’s codes/policies. Your data will be processed for the purposes mentioned above including the following:

• Conduct surveys

• Legal, Financial and Regulatory compliances

Please note that withdrawing consent may impact your association with the Company including fulfilment of contractual obligations, depending on the nature of the data processing.

Acknowledgment

Polycab Free Consultation– Terms & Conditions

By availing the free consultation, you (the customer) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Service

This is a free consultation offered by Polycab India Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Polycab”) for electrification planning of residential and small commercial spaces. This includes advisory and recommendations only; execution of electrical work and the related way of working is at the sole discretion of the end customer.

2. Liability

Under no event shall Polycab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from implementation of recommendations by third parties.

3. Independent Execution

It is expressly understood by the customer that any electrical work carried out based on Polycab’s recommendations shall be executed by independent contractors or electricians chosen by the customer. Polycab does not assume responsibility for workmanship, material quality, or compliance of such execution.

4. No Charges

The consultation is provided free of cost. Any costs related to material purchase, installation, or additional services shall be borne by the customer and will be between the customer and their chosen electrician / electrical contractor / third party.

5. Right to Discontinue

Polycab reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw visits to the customer or exit the customer’s site at any point of time with no explanation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer shall ensure site readiness and provide accurate information for the desired consultation. Permissions from housing societies or authorities for arranging site visits are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Exclusions

• Structural repairs, civil work, or plumbing.
• Rectification of existing electrical faults.
• Supply or installation of electrical products (unless separately purchased from Polycab).
• Any work beyond advisory scope mentioned in the consultation.

8. Recommendations

Recommendations provided are indicative and based on standard safety norms. Final implementation should comply with local regulations and electrical codes. Final implementation is purely basis customer’s choice. Polycab shall not be liable for deviations or non-compliance by any third parties.

9. Offer Period

The free consultation is available for a limited period and in select geographies as decided by Polycab. Polycab reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the free consultation at its discretion.

10. Customer Cooperation

Customer is fully responsible for making the site available without interruptions or impediments to Polycab representatives for assessment. Delays caused by customer may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the free consultation.

11. No Warranty on Execution

Polycab does not provide any warranty on electrical work executed by third parties. Warranty on Polycab products, if purchased, shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the product warranty document. It is the prerogative of the customer to register the warranty from their respective point of purchase.

12. Permissions

The customer is solely responsible for arranging all permissions required for site visits, including authorizations from housing societies or other authorities.

13. Force Majeure

This free consultation shall be subject to force majeure conditions. In the event of natural calamities, emergencies, lockdowns, or other events beyond Polycab’s control, the consultation may be suspended without liability for delays or cancellations.

14. Product Selection

If the customer chooses to purchase Polycab products post-consultation, all exchanges or returns shall be governed basis the mutual agreement between the customer and the respective point of purchase.

15. Warranty on Products
